When we talk about Serviced housing we mean the flats and houses that are managed by local councils or designated housing service providers.

OUR TENANTS

We make a careful and critical examination of every tenant, to ensure they are suitable to live in the property along with other tenants or neighbors. We have key workers who carry out regulated checks on a frequent basis.

We do not discriminate against:

· Disabled or specific needs

· Elderly

· Single parent

· Families with dependent children.

· Ethnicity

· Unemployed

Many people have to leave their homes through no fault of their own, for example if they lose their job and can’t pay the rent.

Overcrowding, evictions, rent arrears and homelessness are all on the rise.

There is a dramatic reduction in the supply of social and genuinely affordable housing.

House owners are respected and welcome to prearranged visits with our support officers.
