We regret to inform you that Connecting Opportunities will no longer be taking referrals due to the project closing on 31st March 2023, when our funding from the National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund comes to an end.

Connecting Opportunities has been a very successful programme supporting people on their journey into work and training. The programme has been running since 2017 and so far has supported 1648 migrants across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Calderdale, Kirklees and parts of North Yorkshire. As you know, our model works with migrants to address the barriers that are affecting them from achieving their employment goals and aspirations. We are extremely proud of the programme and our participants, not to mention our CO partners, CO staff, CO volunteers, who have supported migrants, over the last 5 and a half years.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support over the years. It has been an honour to serve these local communities and to see the positive impact we have had during our time. We will be working hard to look at other funding avenues going forward as ESIF funding is replaced by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
