To enable individuals to develop and/or demonstrate a broad range of administrative skills and knowledge and achieve a qualification in recognition of their competence as an Administrator.
Course Breakdown
You will need to achieve a minimum of 58 credits. 27 credits will be achieved from the mandatory units and the remaining will be chosen from a wider range of more specialised business administrative and sector contextualised units that align to the duties of your role including systems development, organisation of events, support continuous improvement, managing team performance.
The mandatory units for the qualification are:
-Principles of business
-Principles of business communication and information
-Communicate in a business environment
-Principles of administration
-Manage personal and professional development
The qualification will be achieved using a variety of methods including:Coursework, Practical Demonstration/Assignment and Portfolio of Evidence collected from your workplace.
Most of the learning will take place in the workplace with the support of a subject specialist provided by your Centre.
Who This Is Aimed For
This qualification is suitable if you are looking to gain employment within an administrative role or, are already working in an administrative role and want to achieve a qualification in recognition of your skills. This qualification can also be used to develop further skills in administrative tasks.
Certification
Successful candidates will receive a Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration certificate from an awarding body within England and Wales who are currently recognised by Ofqual and Department for Education and Skills.

This includes the Level 3 First Aid cost which is now mandatory and delivered as part of the training. Time is 9 am to 6pm. all candidates need to be enrolled and must have done the assessments at least two weeks before the training.
