Business administration covers a wide range of occupations that keep businesses and our economy running efficiently and profitably - keeping staff and customers happy. Millions of people work in this sector and your apprenticeship could lead to a role in a number of different areas within a business.
During the course at levels 2, 3 and 4 you will learn many different aspects of business administration including developing working relationships, communication in a business environment, providing business services, managing personal performance and development, resolving administrative problems and the principles of business document production and information management. There are many other aspects to this course whch can be chosen to fit alongside the environment and role you are working in such as IT and social media.
Who This Is Aimed For
You will need to enjoy working in a business environment. It will be beneficial if you are well organised and methodical in your approach to tasks set you.
Certification
When you’ve completed your studies, you’ll qualify with the level 3 Diploma in business administration.

This includes the Level 3 First Aid cost which is now mandatory and delivered as part of the training. Time is 9 am to 6pm. all candidates need to be enrolled and must have done the assessments at least two weeks before the training.
