About the role
We are currently seeking dynamic, flexible and committed teachers to lead a daytime ESOL class for adults and young people. ESOL classes at Dominion Training form a vital part of our provision for the refugees and asylum seekers that we work with.
The classes are informal and help learners to develop the language skills they need to access local services as well as develop social networks in their new community.
Teachers will form part of a supportive ESOL team, including other teachers and the ESOL Coordinator, who will assist with lesson planning, delivery and target setting.

Dominion Training is committed to providing our staff and volunteers with the skills and knowledge to allow them to successfully pursue a career in the voluntary sector. We provide regular supervision for volunteers to discuss skills and knowledge development, and volunteers will also have access to a cycle of in-house training.

This includes the Level 3 First Aid cost which is now mandatory and delivered as part of the training. Time is 9 am to 6pm. all candidates need to be enrolled and must have done the assessments at least two weeks before the training.
